Dariga lives with her family in a small town. Her days blend together, lacking any excitement or variation. She feels worn out by the routine and has lost her zest for life. Her husband has stopped paying attention to her, their children are disobedient, her mother-in-law is overly strict, and her sister-in-law struggles to find a husband. After yet another argument, Dariga stumbles upon an advertisement for a training session on family relationships. Attending it, she resolves to transform her life, perhaps taking the phrase "If you want to change your life, start with yourself" a bit too literally.
